Hi, I’m Felix 👋

I’m a marketing and sales generalist who pairs strategy with hands-on technical execution. I like solving problems with smart systems: aligning teams, untangling operations, and making data turn into decisions.
Over the last five years I’ve built MarTech and CRM backbones, scaled a marketing department from the ground up, and designed the automations behind growing revenue orgs. Today I lead AI adoption across marketing and sales at Keystone Education Group.
I support the marketing team with campaign setup and execution, and manage the CRM (HubSpot) the whole revenue org runs on, from lifecycle tracking to the management reporting that surfaces bottlenecks. I give sales the performance reporting, inbound management, and pipeline visibility they rely on, and turn data into insights that sharpen targeting. Alongside that, I lead AI adoption across the team, building automations that make these processes faster and more scalable. In practice, I’m the single point of connection across marketing, sales, and operations.
I joined Brickken as an intern before the product launched and grew with the company over four years. I launched the go-to-market and brand from scratch, ran the campaign that drove $250K+ in token sales from 1,000+ investors, then scaled a marketing department, growing lead generation 300%, before moving into operations to own the MarTech and CRM backbone the whole revenue team relied on.
Managed a support team helping accounting firms get the most out of SME accounting software.
Also taught as a guest lecturer at Nuclio Business School on a Master’s in Blockchain & Cryptocurrencies.
I don’t reach for AI because it’s the trend. I start from a problem worth solving: a manual process, a bottleneck, a report nobody has time to run, then look for what can be automated or improved. Sometimes the answer is an AI agent; sometimes it’s just a well-built system.
And I build them hands-on, with tools such as Claude Code and n8n, shipping working software rather than slide decks describing what someone else should build. A few things I’ve put into production:
Open to roles in marketing operations, RevOps, and AI-driven operations.
